This card sucks. I will not waste a dime on it.

The main event is a freaking joke. Bonnar does not stand a chance and should not be fighting Silva. Bonnar got his arse beat by old man Mark Coleman. This fight is a joke.

I agree the card sucks...the original card was awesome pre-injuries.

This card is leftovers. But a lot of guys stepped up. Rankings be damned, if you step into a cage, you have a puncher's chance. These guys are still going to go in there and sling leather. Plus, the mismatches have a PRIDE feel to them, and I'm all about it.

any card in Brazil, England, or Canada is stacked with home country guys fighting complete bums to pump up the home crowd idiots into buying more foam fingers

A chance to see the roar of Brazil with another Nog knockout win is worth the money, IMO.

I'm shell shocked at how much of you hate this card.

Main event will be a fight. Period! Now it may and most likely will be one sided but we not have to worry about Bonnar butt scooting across the cage. He's not Patrick Cote either.

Big Nog vs. Pee Wee, meh...it's OK.

Glover Teixeira vs. Fabio Maldonado

Maldonado's got a granite chin from reports, so I'm pumped about this fight.

Phil Davis vs. Wagner Prado, another good one I think. Prado a Brazilian will not be fighting a bum fo sho.

I like it, is it top ten absolutely not, does it suck absolutely not.

Jon Fitch vs. Erik Silva - Finally a Jon Fitch fight that will not go to a decision.

To each his own...let's get it on!!!!

exactly

Getting to watch guys rising stars like Glover Texeira/Erik Silva & legends such as Anderson Silva/Big Nog fight, most certainly means this card does not suck. Add to the fact they are fighting in Brazil will make this awesome no matter what.

Sure there are some mismatches, sure there aren't any belts on the line......who cares? Some of the best/most exciting fights have resulted from mismatches.

This really isn't that bad of a card. All the fights will be exciting..... Even Fitch-Silva

No doubt Anderson will beat Bonnar, but I guarantee Bonnar will fricking bring it. He's looked pretty good in his last three fights.

Come to think of it, there really is only the mismatch in the main.

Maldonado is a tough guy. He may not be ranked even with Glover, but when you factor in Glover's lack of UFC experience and exposure, this is just right.

Dave Herman can absolutely beat Nog in this stage of his career. I still think Nog is very tough, but this isnt lopsided in the least.

Silva/Fitch is perfect for Silva, and is just a classic grappler v striker. We don't know if Fitch is washed up yet or not. I doubt he is.

Also, anyone care to comment on the release of DeMarques Johnson after taking a fight with 10 days notice?

I don't care if he is clearly not the cream of the crop. This guy was a company man, a serviceable fighter and the UFC has about 30 cards a year to fill out. I don't get it.

Damarques has been finished in three straight fights and weighed in heavy for his catch weight fight (I think)

He did come in heavy. But its 10 days!

No reason he can't be on the facebook portion of a Fuel show or go home, but a release after that fight, IMO, was not fair.

He's no bum.

I got a bad feeling that Big Nog is done. Most likely he will submit Herman but Nog's record is somewhat suspect in the UFC.

He did shock the crap out of me by beating the piss out of Schuab though. Maybe the old man still has it.

If he get's KO'd by Herman he has to retire.
