What do you think Russell Shepard is thinking?

After the BCS game he was bolting and going pro.

Miles flew to Houston and talked him out of it, got him to come back for his senior year.


He's got to be wondering "why did I ever come back?"

Come back to LSU, we'll play you.

He's probably glad he came back because he would likely be out of work right now had he left.

Once he gets picked up/ drafted, he's gonna be a good ball player in the NFL once he can be used the way he should be used.

He ain't getting drafted. He'd be playing pick up games in Texas if he had left LSU.

He got a 78 yard TD last game. He needs the rest. We are saving him so he can make a pass against Arkansas.
