Well just be sure to give the current best pitcher in baseball his due a day afterwards then.

I'll let Lohse know.

Just because he's 16-3 doesn't mean he's the BEST, but he's great for sure. Thanks for the kind words.

Who was one of Lohse's losses to? While you are looking that up, how about you mosey on over to Medlen's stats. His win/loss record is nice (well technically his win record). Also look at his ERA, K/BB, WHIP for the season and then just for the month of September.

You are correct sir, which is why I have a lot of confidence in Medlen.

I don't care about a half of a season of stats, many pitchers can put together a good half season, he was in the bullpen the first half correct?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

You are really showing your lack of baseball knowledge here big time and are coming off like a huge arse. I feel sorry for the other Cards fans that have to claim you.

coming back from tommy john, almost exact time stasburg had his, except instead of shoving him out there at the beginning of the season as a starter he came along slowly and the Braves haven't lost a game he has started since.

23-0

Why because you Bravetards think Medlen is impressive for a half a season of good pitching?

I'm actual showing real baseball knowledge, but as a Braves fan, I wouldn't expect you to understand that.

Half seasons are mighty impressive. And really, it wasn't even half a season. 12 starts.

God, it's going to be great after Medlen makes your hitters look silly. Unfortunately, I know you won't be back.

I think we're forgetting about the most important stat - 23 straight victories when Medlen has started.
