I have the Betty Crocker app and an app called all recipes. They are both pretty good and have a lot of variety.

I have an app on my iPhone called All Recipes.
It's a neat little app. It's sort of set up like a slot machine, only you don't have to keep spinning to get what you want. You can pick from whatever you want to cook, be it pasta, bread, meat, bbq, cakes, etc.
The next window is for cooking times, long, short, again, it's for you to decide, just touch the one you want.
It'll take the info you give it and then "spin" the recipes and will show you all the recipes that fit with the info you gave it.
May sound confusing reading this but I highly suggest it. It was free when I got it. It's very easy to use and you'll see what I mean once you use it.

I've tried to search for any Betty Crocker app both on my iphone using the search, and also their website's direct link, upon which time itunes opens up and says that the app is not available in the United States.
Epicurious is another one that I've tinkered with.
