Have yet to make one impact play in 20 games. I understand Ingram needs blocking but Does Jordan have one sack or tackle for a loss, fumble caused or recovery since he has been here?

Ingram is fricking soft. He has no vision and goes down the moment he is touched.

Yes he does. Jordan is becoming a good LE.

He'll never be a sack artist, but that doesn't make him bad. Saints need a speed rusher at RE.

What is an impact play?

Do run stuffers have make sacks to have impact plays?

And Jordan HAS a sack.

You don't draft a guy in the first round to be a complimentary player. Jordan should bring more . Seems like a wasted pick pick along with Ingram. The free agents we let walk Charleton, Hargrove and Nigerian kid played a lot harder and occasionally made aplay for a lot less money. shite play Hicks and let see if he can get any push from the end.

Jordan has made plenty of plays. Watch more football than "Drew Brees to Graham" and you would see that. Now, Ingram? I agree. He is terrible on this team.

Run stuffer? Until today we have been killed by the run. Charles career day, FIU rookie career day, RG3 career day, you still stuck on run stuffer? And one sack in 20 games is not worthy of a first round pick. By the way impact play is cause a fumble, recover a fumble, sack, tackle for loss and if you best argument is 1 sack then your post is a fail. I have seen none of this from Jordan.

What plays. Our D line is getting no push, no sacks and until today everybody ran on us. In addition if we pressure the QB then our sorry arse secondary make improve.

For the last fricking time this team can not run the ball. The running backs have no room to run. Reggie Bush was trash running the ball until he went to a team with an o-line that can run block. This whole team is running on one spark plug. Drew Brees and his passing. This defense takes worthless to a whole new level and the o-line can't play for shite.

Do you know what a LE's role generally is? I doubt it.

Jordan has been fine and is getting better. Sed Ellis and Will Smith are supposed to be getting pressure and they are dreadful.

Jordan's done his job this year. The guys behind him have not. He's been the only guy capable of setting the edge in the run game this year, he gets good penetration to stretch things out..but the linebacker play is non existant so nobody can tell.

If your concern is my name in caps then you may want to redefine douche. So far you reply has no merit or substance. SORRY DUDE.........and the last time I checked a LE or RE meaning END should apply pressure to the QB. Which Jordan has yet to do. Learn football before you try to teach it. Ends rush the passer or at least control the line and tackle which he has yet to do.

One question! Was Jordan worth a number 1? With the players we passed on I say no.

Strongside ends are responsible for setting the edge in the run game, mostly. Taking on the right tackle and most of the time a tight end and forcing the running play to stretch out so the guys behind him can get in and make the tackle.

Which he does well. The guys behind him do not do their part very well, however.

check again. And Cam does apply pressure sometimes, and he has a sack. He also has 23 tackels and a Fumble Recovery in just 4 games this season. Not to shabby.

Like i said, through 4 games he has a sack and 23 tackles.

He gets more pressures than sacks at this point. Probably won't ever be a prolific sack man but a good player.

He's a 5 technique defensive end. I bet he could do well as a rush guy inside on 3rd downs.
