Considering the Browns are our only competition, I'd say that's pretty accurate.

Yes. We are probably better than the Browns.

We lost to Green Bay...with Aaron Rodgers...at Lambeau field...by only one point.

We couldn't even do that last year.

I know they're different teams, but still.

Since both Cleveland and New Orleans are both winless and the last time they played, Cleveland won in New Orleans, tie breaker goes to Cleveland as the better of winless teams. Saints have the same team with a worse D and Cleveland has improved on offense.
