Tulane QB Ryan Griffin out again (to nobody's surprise), $$ pouring in on Louisiana- Lafayette. Sun Belt team now favored by 30 over C-USA
ETA: As far as the 2h spreadsheet is concerned. Using it as a guideline is your best bet (no pun intended). See what it is advising you to do, and if it's a good number (+3.5 vs +2), take it. Otherwise, pass on it.
