It seems like. It looks like. The title of this thread is that United fans were mocking the Hillsborough tragedy. That is not what they were doing. Were they mocking LFC? Yes. Were they responding to provocation? Probably. It's a great day. We beat Liverpool at Anfield. We are a point behind Chelsea. City drew and Liverpool's in the relegation zone.

So the recent revealing of the Hillsborough investigation hadnothing to do with the chanting from these fans? Is that what you are suggesting?

The stadium was empty.

The chant was not directly directed at Hillsborough. From what I can gather United's fans were respectful of the Hillsborough tribute.

So they just decided for the fricking hell of it to do what they did after the match? Has that ever happened before?

Are you this naive about it?

Not really. I've seen a video of a Scouser getting nicked for his airplane impersonation after most of them had left Anfield.

How naive are you? This happens all the time in England. The opposing fans are sequestered in England. When it comes time to depart the stadium the away fans have to stay for about 30 minutes while the home fans leave. Plenty of time for mischief.

Post it and we'll compare the Pool response to yours.

Sorry, but lsubeast was somewhat right when he said I was severely incompetent. The video was taken by a friend of mine that was at the match. He posted it to FB, but I have no idea how to repost that to tigerdroppings.

United fans are by far....by FAR the worst in the EPL in terms of this. It happens almost at every match. They tried to excuse it away last week.

The worst part is how brash it is. It's the WHOLE away section. Despicable

how are they mocking Hillsborough?

Not a homer/troll post, just confused. "Always the victims, never your fault...murderers"

And the Guardian earlier this year described Liverpool as being outraged by everything and ashamed of nothing. Apropos.

The Pool fans were blamed for Hillsborough and Heysel, hence the joy over the investigation.

I know he's a City fan and I know that we have a very vocal group of fans that are idiots, but that's just nonsense.

I hope that he's just trolling.

I'm not saying it's "every United fan." i'm saying that it's definitely more than a majority of those away fans.
