I don't know if anybody else has been following this the past couple of weeks, but ESPN/Truehoop rated the top 500 players in the NBA. They started in reverse order and only have the top 24 to go. A few Hornets cracked the top 100..

38. Eric Gordon.. LINK

50. Ryan Anderson.. LINK

62. Anthony Davis..LINK

Of course there are many more on the list, but I didn't want to go back over it again past 100. There is alot to disagree with, but it's a fun read..

Obviously it is hard to rank Davis higher without any NBA data, but I doubt there are 61 better players.

It should be an exciting year. Looking forward to seeing a full season of Gordon, AD's transition to the NBA, Anderson's transition to SF, along with how Vasquez handles the starting spot, River's play, and to see if Lopez can live up to some of the flashes of hope he showed.

I can safely assume someone already made the "Eric Gordon's rank is the number of games he'll play next year" joke, right? #NBARank
