More info dude. Are all touchdowns worth 6 points? How heavily are INTs weighed? Who are you other running backs? Who's on the wire as far as QB's are concerned?

I'll elaborate. I would give up Chris Johnson for Alex Smith. My QBs as mentioned are Cutler and Rivers. My running backs are Stevan Ridley and Donald Brown. I'm stacked at wideout with Stevie Johnson, Garcon, Nicks, Julio Jones, and Antonio brown so I could flip one or more of those guys for a top of the line running back

Make a move for a running back first... then explore a deal for a quarterback that you may not even need.
