Survivor returns for its 25th season, this time in the Philippines and will feature three returning castaways who were removed from their previous seasons due to illness or injury:
Jonathan Penner (50)
Previous: Removed due to a serious infection to his knee. Originally from Cook Islands and later evacuated in Micronesia
Michael Skupin (50)
Previous: Passed out into a fire and suffered severe burns to his face and hands in Australian Outback
Russell Swan (45)
Previous: Removed because he blacked out twice from low blood pressure in Samoa

always wondered why the burn guy from season 2 didn't get a second chance. they may have waited too long though.

Also this is an older cast, not a lot of young 20 year olds so that is interesting

I like the 3 tribes of 6 thing. It throws a kink into the merge and alliances they've never had to deal with before, so there will be lots of "experimenting."

Exile Island: When voted out, you were sent to Exile Island, where you lived alone until the next person was voted out. When that person joined you on EI, there would be a challenge; whoever won it would stay, the loser would go home. At some point in the game, the person on EI would rejoin the game.
