Who do you consider college football's biggest choke artist?

In general. I mean elite schools. and by elite schools it can be a once elite program like notre dame or Florida state or something.

If we are talking about choke I would say USC.
All they have to do each year is beat Oregon and get by the other games and they are in the National Title EVERY year.
But they always find a way to screw up against a lesser team.
What makes it even worse is that they own the entire state of Cali recuriting wise they have all the talent but they always find a way to screw up.
