OL coaching?

I've been wondering this after seeing how much pressure's been on Brees the last two games. We all know Bushrod is terrible, but I'm seeing a lot of pressure coming from every direction. I've also noticed our receivers are not open. This has led to Brees forcing throws and throwing picks. However, we're not going to win a lot of games if our defense doesn't improve drastically. The one part in the game where the defense needed to not give up any points, they let the Panthers drive the length of the field and gave up a quick rushing TD to Cam Newton. There needs to be some major changes:

We need better corners and safeties.
We need d-lineman that can bring pressure
We need another WR due to our injury issues
We need another outside Linebacker to replace Shanle. He plays with a great motor, but he just doesn't have the speed or the talent.
We need an o-lineman to replace Bushrod.
