Better reception>talking+web at same time.
WiFi = simultaneous voice+data anyways.
Who the hell browses the web or email when talking on the phone to someone over 3G or LTE?

No. I have a job where we don't allow users to put their phones on the company Wifi and suck up bandwidth from people trying to get work done.
