I bought a new bow a couple of months back and just didn't seem to be grouping right so I took it to Bowie's today to get it tuned. Picked it up this afternoon and went out to sling some arrows and its shooting high. I have my sight topped out so thats not an option to lower groupings. Nocking point seems to be fine and I've anchored at the same position for years and never had this problem so I'm lost and need advice on what to do. You guys have any input?
Thanks

Don't go back to Bowie Outfitters.

Can you loosen a screw and slide the whole ring and sights up together (causing the group to move down).

Aimed lower and worked great but don't want to be aiming low in the stand.

Yeah I raised to whole ring and can't raise it any higher

hmmmm, well we're different then, I do aim lower from up in a tree... My point was, if you have a few pins, you might be able to take one or some out.. You'd just have to practice and know how it shoots... The fewer pins I have, the better..

And all of this would only be an option if you can't get your sights set the way you had them and you liked them...

I aim a little low if I'm hunting climbers but I hunt ground blinds most of the time....I agree with your logic but I'm shooting about 10 inches high at 20 yards....so that a lot of lead way

Do you have a bow square? Sounds like you need to check your nock.

I had this problem a short time ago. I had the bow shop move my peep site down and it fixed the problem

Play with your nocking point until you get a square.

Also have you ever tried shooting into paper to see how the arrow leaves the bow?

If its been paper shot then I really don't know. Your peep should be off if that was the problem and the nock would cause the paper to be off

I'm guessing peep is off.

If you say it's freshly tuned, and sight and rest cannot be moved, the peep is the only other thing to adjust.
