I'm from MS and only make it to 1 or 2 games per season. Usually I just buy the $40 pass and park in the new Alex Box lot. This year, however, I've had such a snafu with the ticket office, I'm just trying to get my money back.

Talk to me about the other paid parking areas on campus. Where do you buy the passes? Do these lots fill up quickly? If so, what's a good time to get there for the 6pm kickoff?

Thanks for all of your help! (Yes, I realize I could probably find this info on the LSU site, but I wanted real advice from real people )

we went last weekend to the UW game and parked in the Coates lot. Everything around the parade grounds/quad area down to the indian mounds is $40.

We got out there around 945 and there was plenty of space available, however, the earlier you get there the better choice you have.

I dont think it every fully filled up.

Thanks for the info. Where do you buy the pass? At the entrance to the parking lot or where. I don't think this weekends game will have the lots filled to capacity.

they have attendants out there taking money aat the intersection of Dalrymple and Highland. Cant get towards the quad area with out paying. Once you pay you can go park wherever you find a spot as long as it is not in a reserved area.

Go to LSUSPORTS.net to get the map of eligible parking areas.
