Due to my work cpu allowing limited internet access, I thought I would turn to the OB to give me thoughts on what these two guns are worth.....
Winchester Model 70 .270 with synthetic stock with Bushnell 3x9x40 scope. Don't think the scope is worth a crap. I paid $300 for this.
Mossberg ATX .243 with same bushnell scope. It's not a high end bushnell either. Paid $250 for this one....
Did I hit a deal or lose some money??

I bought that same Winchester/scope in 30.06 from the Walmarks about 10 years ago for about 350 after tax, I think. So I think broke even there.

I think you did ok with the Winchester even tho just knowing its a Model 70 doesnt really tell us how well you did. There are ALOT of different types of M70s. But at 300$ you definitely didnt lose money in less it was rusted and not taken care of.
The Mossberg you did alright on if it is in good condition. I personally would have kept my 250$.
