Need Help Identifying Late 90's TV Commercial For New Orleans Attorney...

This is a shot in the dark, but maybe someone can help?
In the late 90's, there was a TV commercial for a black New Orleans attorney, and I can't remember his name.
He was sitting in Jackson Square on a bench, possibly wearing a seersucker suit. He looked at the camera and said something like, "This head of gray hair brings to mind the wisdom and experience I've gained while representing over 3,000 clients."
He also referenced "slips and falls", "sexual harassment" and "civil rights problems", so he was some sort of ambulance chaser.
If anyone remembers this, it would be much appreciated!
