I'm anxious about this game. Washington will run an offense similar to the WVU spread which amassed 500 yards against a better version of the LSU defense last year. They will utilize short drops and quick throws to nullify the pass rush. Their wide receivers will be matched up one on one in space against our young secondary and linebackers, who will have to tackle effectively to prevent yards after the catch. I think they will be able to move the ball and score on us.
Thankfully, I believe their defense is still sub-par and that we should be able to run at will, score, dominate time of possession, and limit the number of drives their offense can mount.
Still, it's a tough match-up for an untested young defense.

I wouldn't score that as a very likely outcome.

who cares...USC will lose at least 1, if not 2 games. LSU and Bama will play in november with both being undefeated.
LSU will dismantle WAshington pretty badly this weekend (25-30 points) and all these kids on here will calm down a little bit with the knee jerk reactions. I just don't get why these young brilliant minds can't see that michigan had a terrible D line, and bad overall defense, and no passing game...which equalled doom..all they saw was number 8....whether worthy of it or not.

you are in the 25-30 range...not that good, but better than N Texas. It will be a beatdown though, nevertheless.
