How long can I run a Honda 8750 watt genny continuously?

Oiled before storm.

Break in stage 8-10 hours

After that, a good synthetic motor oil 60 hours

regualr oil 40

depends if you have water pressure.

no water= 4 hours, then turn it of for an hour to cool

if you have water= it can run it for 8 hours, but every 30 minutes after the first 4 hours, you need to water it down with the water hose for 10 minute cycles

this...I have run generators that are a lot lower quality than a honda for 4-5 days only stopping to refuel with no adverse effects...

I am sure it would be thankful for any break you can give it, though...

My opinion is, it gets as hot as it's going to get in about 15 min so what difference does it make whether you run it 30 min or 30 hours

After break in, change the oil after evry 50 hrs or run time and you should be good.
