ONE WEEK AWAY BROTHERS

we are one week away from the season and the matchup. this is going to be a transition year for the TIGERS...from good to GREAT. when JLEE walked onto campus, the driveman smelled a rat. he took to the BR airWAVES on rant radio and let the world know his displeasure. the rantards attacked in full force, but what we saw over the next four years only confirmed what he had known.

NOW we have the dawn of a new day. the dawn of THE METT and tiger fans should be excited. we are about to witness real quarterbacking, something we haven't seen in half a century here in baton rouge. the driveman has studied him and has talked to his sources around campus and here's the DL:

1. ARM STRENGTH = 8/10 -- if jamarkus was a 10 and drew brees is a 6, METT would be a 7.

2. DECISION MAKING = 7/10 -- he knows what he's doing.

3. LEADERSHIP = 6/10 -- teammates have forgaven him for his groping issues and have worked on what to do AND what not to do in tigerland. this rating will go up as the season goes on. he has the respect of team.

4. ACCURACY = 7/10 -- can throw on the move and really launch it if HE has time. he can make it rain out there. WHO says it doesn't rain in tiger stadium?

5. MOBILITY = 5/10 -- not a rabbit but not a turtle either. more like a giraffe: tall and big, but has good pace. this can't get better but he'll have to practice.

the driveman expects a BIG year out of THE METT. we're talking over 2,000 yards passing and atleast 20 TDS. UNLEASH THE BEAST LES

BIGGEST SURPRISE: DEBO JONES & RONNIE FIEST

hopefully we can convince guys like taj jones, minter and luke munchie to declare for the draft after the season to get these guys some playing time but DON'T be surprised if one of these young meat gets a chance to shine and doesn't look back.

BIGGEST DISSAPOINTMENT: THE FREAK

sorry to say but the driveman hasn't seen much out of the guy and is not sure that he is the next chad lavalais. sure he's young but gets washed out way too often. he's a good kid, a smart one too but he's alittle too soft to play at this level. he needs to come out screamin and shoutin to get back on TEAM DRIVEMAN.

2012 SCHEDULE

V. N. TEXAS - W - real yawner and cue the first threads about people not staying the whole game.

V. WASHINGTON - W - STATEMENT GAME. we need to show USC how to spank dat arse for the nation to see. someone let Les know this fact at TJ ribs the wednesdat before if he doesnt already.

V. IDAHA - W - thanks for coming

@ AUBURN - W - this will be a scare who knows what type of crazy shite will go down at jordan o'hare this time.

V. TOWSON - W - the driveman MIGHT be for letting MO MO isiom kick XPs in this one

@ FLORIDA - W - this might be muschamps alamo bowl as he may be fired by the end of the year.

V SOUTH CAROLINA - W - RACK EM

@ TEXAS A&M - W - this will be a slaughter there is no other WAY to put it.

V ALA-BAMA - L - this is becoming all to familiar. as little as les did on Jan 9 the driveman thinks he'll try to OVER compenstate for his sins and botch this one. losing to the gumps is nothing to be ashame of but it is starting to get annoying.

V. MISS STATE - W - yeah not gonna happen

V OLE PISS - W - MISSISSIPPI STATE CHAMPS

@ R-KANSAS - W - talk about overrated. the razerbacks won't be ranked by this time.

11-1

SUGAR BOWL vs. OREGON = 45-34 shootout WIN for the tigers. looking forward to another great YEAR

We need to win this game, especially after the fiasco on 1/9.

Alabama is not going to beat us this year...we might lose to UF or USC or Texas A$M but not to Alabama at night, at home, on prime time after the 1/9 game.

Trust me, we are going to beat Alabama like they haven't been beaten in a while this year....

Bottom line, LSU will beat Alabama for the 3rd Straight season! Write that down! 3 in a row...making it 10 wins in the last 13 contest against Alabama... Pushing Miles head to head with Saban Miles 4-2 versus Saban in the "Regular Season" (to heck with the MNC rematch game that should have never been Teed up for Nicky)

yes, I am keeping track, but is the media?

And your comment on Freak... Have you lost your mind?

Well you already rated him 7/10 on decision making.

His leadership is well above 6/10, sorry

And why would his LSU teammates need to forgive him for groping a girl at UGA? Highfives are more likely

DECISION MAKING = on the field

LEADERSHIP = ON AND OFF

like the driveman said, the number will go UP as the season goes
