Shot my new AR today!!....UPDATE with pics

Finishing up a build and went shoot it today for the first time. Still have some stuff I want to add to it, but it's in firing condition right now.
I must say that I was very impressed. 36 yards with flip up sights, this thing was a beast. Had to make only 3 adjustments to get it on target and I really liked what the gun is capable of. Can't wait to add the red dot system to it. Very smooth and fun gun to shoot.
I'll post pics later, my son is waking up from a nap and is crying. gotta go see about him.
The last group in white was the final adjustments I made.
The gun also has been updated some since that pic, but it still isn't finished yet

Which son needs the most attention? This new one or your old one?
Good to see another satisfied AR owner. They are very awesome and fun-to-shoot weapons.
If you have that good of accuracy up close, you may want to consider a low-power scope. A red dot is great for shooting pigs and such but this gun is capable of a lot. Or if you did an Eotech setup with a magnifier you cover both bases. But that depends on how much money you want to spend (about the price of another rifle!).

I will put a red dot with a magnifier. Check out the ones at Primary Arms. They have specials going on that includes a free magnifier with the purchase of an EOTECH

Make sure it's a true Eotech, not a knockoff. The Eotech magnifiers are almost as much as the holosights.

It's a primary arms magnifier. I've looked at them. They are pretty cool.
