I think Shanle actually gets off blocks fairly well and is a decent run defender, which is why he still plays.

Saying that shanle gets off blocks is like saying curt schilling has good opinions on politics and investing, am I right?

Yeah, and he's not trying to troll the Saints Talk board with his location of "Tom Terrific (greater than) Brees"

Pretty similar stats, mate. You can make a case for Brees, Rodgers, or Brady right now as the best in the game. With that said, I wouldn't trade Drew for either, thas ma quataback

Well, he has had that there forever, and he does partake in meaningful football talk. I do recall you saying something to the nature of "Brees is a shell of his former self" or something...I'm paraphrasing of course.

Yeah and of course that wasn't said in the heat of the moment after the worst regular season Saints loss of the past 3 seasons and after it ruined a 4-figure parlay for me.

And I ALSO predicted that Brees would light it up and the Saints would beat the Steelers (the best team in football at the time) the VERY NEXT WEEK in the same thread. Nobody remembers that.

Nope. You don't get that kinda credit after jumping ship on one bad showing.

There's no credit to be had as that prediction was wrong. Brees was pedestrian in the Steelers game by and large as well.

I really do apologize. These guys refuse to move on. No matter what I post these clowns start their tired old trolling, going so far as to take the side of a Patriots fan over me.
