About half way through my re-read and Benjen has been mentioned once again. I know some people think we don't see him again but it seems like he's been mentioned quite a bit for him to not pop back up in some fashion.

He is mentioned way too much to not play some sort of role later on in the series. I don't think he is incognito as another character like many other theories suggest however

I think Benjen will show back up in TWoW somehow, or should I say in some form or another.

Oh and I'm not the only one that gets annoyed by some of the things the show does. I rarely ever bring it up. I just respond when some else brings it up.

Not sure why they would go north in Winds, which leads me to believe Benjen would be coming South. Can't picture the scenario where he is the Night King, so I'm guessing he returns a wight.

Forgot about Bran being north. Potential there for Benjen. Maybe he eats some Benjen paste after the Jojen paste runs out.

After being very pissed off with how they filmed the meeting of Leaf and Bloodraven, I have come to accept that the two mediums are just separate story tellings. Dan and David have passed the point that inspired them to develope the show (The Red Wedding) and are just allowing themselves to take things where they want it because that's how they want to tell the story for TV. (Despite the fact that George was/is an established television writer with accolades and not much was needed to have put this story on screen other than a budget.) So I will thank them for having develope this show that fast tracked me to reading these novels.
