All BS aside, has Mettenberger matured enough?

Has Mettenberger matured enough to lead us to victory in Miami? (Obviously no one KNOWS, but still worth discussion)
Sometimes I feel like Mett doesn't come across as one of those players who is all heart. Maybe it's just because he is laid back. We haven't seen enough to know, but do you think he has the heart/chest of a champion?
I don't mean to start tearing the man down, he is a huge HUGE upgrade at QB, but I think these two questions are worth bringing up and it's better than obsessing over Bolden.

I love how in almost every single thread on the rant, someone has to call out the OP and/or subject title. You people disgust me. This is without a doubt the worst board on the site.

Mett is always going to be a goofball but when its time to play he'll leave it out there. He gets along with the players real well and will play with a lot of emotion. He's the kind of guy that when he throws a 50 yard bomb to OBJ he's going to be the first guy down there chest bumping him.

This thread did not have to be started...Mett will be a fine QB and we will survive.
With that being said, No one should be called an idiot on this board...People have a right to post and ask questions about our team.
It would be a better board if everyone has some manners. Although it may be too much to ask for some of you.
For the rest of the normal acting folks, it is going to be a fun season with Mett & Company and Spetember cannot get here too soon.

No. Don't you know that LSU QB's mature only during the last half of their senior season?
All other D1 schools do not suffer from this perplexing phenomenon and are able to play underclassmen at the position.
