At Roberto's for the first time right now, what to order?

I start with the gumbo then I get the catfish Billy. Very good. I get the fish fried and they top with etouffee.

Doubt they are serving the same special...but a month or so ago I had what may have been the best meal ever to touch my mouth.
The steak louis I beleive.. Holy crap it was good.. Filet sitting on top of a crawfish cake topped with a beaucop amt of lump crab meat covered with a Brie cream sauce with a side of brocolini and whiipped potatoes.

The gumbo and fried green tomatoes are money for apps
