Gambling on games in upcoming NCAA Football Season

So I looked at a few games of the first week in college football in '12. I've come up with a few that I consider to be "sure' wins.
Thoughts?
Oregon hosting Arky State:
In my mind Oregons defense will be a top 10 "D" this coming year. They were pretty good last year and return 8 starters on defense. With Kenjon Barner and Deanthony Thomas, they'll be explosive on offense again. The kicker is, no matter who Chip Kelly put's in the game, they will score points, so unless the line is 50, I'm taking Oregon to cover.
Oklahoma hosting UTEP:
I figure with Landry Jones coming back, 8 startes returning on offense, and 7 on defense, Oklahoma will be loaded up come week 1. With the sour taste of last season still lingering, they'll likely open up a can on UTEP.
Arky hosting Jax State:
This is the one I don't know about. With Wilson coming back at QB, and Knile Davis returning (maybe), one would think Arky would run all over Jax State. I just don't know what to make of the coaching situation or how good Knile's knee will be. Typically that injury takes a while to heal.

I think all 3 are safe picks. I've heard Kniles will be healthy more than I've heard that it'll be lingering. I think he'll at least be healthy for a season opener. And the coaching strategy really won't be too much different. I'd say go for it.

I don't think it will matter what the line is in the Oregon or Oklahoma games. Oregon will likely be favored by 38 or so, and Okie by 32. I think both will cover especially Oregon since Chip like to run it up.

I honestly don't see how there is any way this spread would be that low...if it is, then I would say take it.
There may not even be a line...I don't know about other places, but Sportsbook sometimes wont even put up lines for games that are this one-sided.
