I hate to show my age but I caught a city bus on the way to school and watched in awe the construction of the Super Dome. I loved it then and love it today!

I remember when they first started to build the dome, there was this big storm that came through and the winds knocked down all the supporting beams like dominoes. Does anyone remember that?

The Dome is really a marvel of modern construction. It was truly built to last!

I had a hard arse history teacher in high school that did a section on the Super Dome.

"How many restrooms in the Super Dome?"

was on the final exam.

true story.
