If you are looking to just catch fish I would say live shrimp.

I'm looking to catch a seahorse. What do you recommend I use?

Haven't caught one of those in a while. I'm thinking one of Cane's chicken tenders (with the sauce obviously) should work

Everytime I go this time of year, we kill the specks in the surf. Double rig sparkle beetle, tsunamis, and black spook in the am.
