Gedion Zelalem has been practicing with the first team some, including their last practice before heading to Bayern. Jurgy needs to lock him up.

It's already turned into "3 to 4 weeks" for Jack. UGH

Szcz being rested. Poldi hurt. Forgot to mention those two.

I knew this was already going to be a longer shot than the 2nd leg against Milan last year, but now I'm not even sure I'm going to watch it when I get home from work tomorrow with all of this injury news.

I think Szcz is getting a wake up call more than anything.

I hope AA plays. I'm still pissed he never got the freedom Santi received immediately upon arrival. Should be interesting to see what lineup we go with.

We're playing our scrubs tomorrow according to the Guardian.

I really don't have a problem with that. 2 goal away differential means no chance at the Allianz. I'd love to see us go for it, but our main rivals will have a lot more matches to play. Is what it is, but top 4 is the most important thing we can play for at the moment.

Yeah I was kinda hoping we'd give it a go but I understand the decision.

At this point last season we were further behind. I think, could be drunk(lulz), but I think I am correct.

Top 4>>>> than anything besides UCL or EPL title.

Don't forget last year. I'd trade it for a heart beat. Just remember. No ill wills. You won it on the pitch.

YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE MATCH

I watched it on DVR after class then had to rush to work so I didn't see what anyone said. Good performance, good win. Sad we couldn't get one more. Sux that there's an away goal tiebreaker but oh well.

Positives: Fabianski was fricking great. He had one miss on a hard cross in the 2nd half but nothing came of it. Bayern had a couple of real good chances he did well on and was solid on their pot shots outside of the box. Should keep his spot IMO.

As should Jenkinson-Mert-Kos-Gibbs. Especially Jenks and Kos. Jenks has shown me more in his last two outings (after a rough go the time before that) than he did during his run at the beginning of the season. Don't think Robben realized how fast he is. Glad Gibbs finished the match after an injury scare, but we could've used him at 100%. There were a couple of good opportunities where a healthy Gibbs would've been dangerous.

I don't think anyone in the midfield or attack played particularly well overall, but Santi and Tomas had some really bright moments.

Good God, the ref was awful.

Hopefully we can build some momentum from this horribly depressing way to be eliminated from a cup.

Haha I'm just teasing you.

Y'all played really well. I missed the first half and was too pissed about the second half to go back and watch/comment on the game.

Haha i know I was just in an irritable, worn out mood. I thought we played damn solid. We played a lot deeper defensively than we had been which worked well. You guys had a couple of great chances, but the rest were long range efforts.
