I need to drink more Abita...

Over 2,000 Abitas were consumed by Abita fan Ian Vandenberg to collect caps to make this awesome art.

That is dedication. I talked to him at the brewery last weekend and it took him over 2 years to drink enough beers to finish the piece. He's working on a beer cap alligator now.

Damn that's awesome. I'm actually doing the same exact thing but just covering up and end table. I need some greens to really even it out. Maybe some of those silvers for whatever kind that is

I've had restoration and it's been purple caps every time for me. Is Golden not out Right now?

I used to have about 1000 caps of all different kinds that I was gonna use to make a coffee table or something. I got tired of collecting them and eventually gave them to a friend. He and his wife now have over 2000 and are gonna do something w/ them.

I'm pretty sure they changed Restoration and Purple Haze to purple caps when they changed packaging and bottling lines. I think the silver caps have been discontinued.
