Her event which is the 110m hurdles is over. She finished 3rd on Saturday thus qualifying for our USA Olympic team. Awesome to watch. She is an excellent ambassador for LSU and the USA. Geaux LoLo and

should be a fun interview...she's the female Tebow, and Jay Leno definitely knows how to have fun at the expense of virgin athletes

the linked article also said the following...
i'm glad she made the cut...the Olympics, and US Track & Field, will be much more marketable with Lolo on the track: beautiful young lady with a great story of many impossible hurdles to clear in her life, yet she has achieved great personal success.

She’s scheduled to appear on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on Monday, two days after the 100-meter hurdles finals. She’s hoping she’ll have good news to share, but there’s no guarantee, as Jones must survive one of the most competitive events at these trials.
Only the top three finishers will earn spots on the Olympics team. Eight other Americans have posted faster times than Jones this season, and five others are within six-hundredths of a second of her.
Jones’s first run at these trials provided cause for concern. She finished third in her quarterfinal heat Friday evening with a time of 13.01 seconds. Of the 21 hurdlers who advanced to Saturday’s semifinals, Jones had posted only the 15th-best time.

thanks for the post Chaz95. Watched her race the other day and then the post race interview with Louis for NBC sports and then later the post race Q&A with Dawn and the other young lady that finished second. LoLo will be a great interview. Thanks for letting us know that it will be on tonight. A must watch for any Tiger fan or any track and field fan.

would be sweet, but prolly unlikely. she did match her season PR in the 2nd round (12.75) but she's gotta improve a lot (i would guess) between now and the end of July to even medal. she's had an injury prone summer...so maybe the she's got the time to work on things. we'll see.
i just watched the 2008 Olympic trials where she ran a 12.43...Lolo had some jets that day.

Uh-oh. When ever I hear a female say that, it's always followed by..."I going to have a BABY!!!"

I think they meant good news as in making the team

She is going to win this time around. She has invested too much not to win gold.

Sally Pearson doesn't care about the time Lolo's invested. In case you haven't seen her, here she is in action at last year's world championship.
