As a kid I remember going to my aunt's summer class one day and hangin out with Brett Laxton- he signed all of the cards I had of him.

Collecting baseball cards was one of the purest joys of my life growing up. Greed my companies has totally ruined this iconoc hobby. Game used jerseys $12 packs of cards and inflated values on limited cards is a joke. How the hell can a prince fielder card be worth more than any Cal Ripken JR rookie? It's just flat out BS. The 80 s rookie cards are grossly under valued!

80s cards were mass produced and therefore supply and demand dictates your Cal Ripkin Jr rookie card price. Sad but true.

I probably have 150,000 cards. My wife wants me to just throw them all out.

I have several years of these complete sets. Dads been working at the general for 20 something years now and used to get me these back then. Still have them sitting in a binder somewhere.
