Per league source, Chad Ochocinco has indeed signed a one-year deal with the Dolphins

All this means is he'll get more screen time on Basketball Wives

I wonder why he gets a chance and TO doesn't?

reeks of desperation for both parties...I guess they had to make hardknocks about something besides Tannehill's wife. What a joke of a franchise.

Trade away Brandon Marshall and sign Ochocinco. I bet Miami fans are ecstatic.

I've always been a fan of Chad. I'm glad he's landed somewhere and I think the city of Miami fits is personality very well.

Looks like he can pay a few bills now.

Because Ochocinco has at least had a stop where he didn't cause a team to self-destruct. At worst he had some trouble with the playbook in NE in a short season and I don't think he has those issues in Miami.
TO on the other hand has pissed off just about everyone who'd be willing to give him a chance.

He's got roots in Miami, so yeah.

TO is a first-class head case. Ochocinco is actual pretty grounded. I would most definitely give him a chance over TO.

Is he trying to play for every team in the NFL?

im pulling for the guy
Me too except for against the Pats
This was probably the best situation for him besides them not being a contender
He lives there, has a reality show there besides hard knocks, they will let him do his sweet TD celebrations, the playbook wont be as difficult as the one in NE was, and he will get a ton of playing time
Ohh and whoever compared him and TO is an Idiot.Ocho was a model teammate last year and never caused a disruption even though he didnt really fit in to the offense when and he was struggling. You think TO could have done that? Hell no.
Ochocino is one of the nicest and most generous guys in the league and hes awesome at connecting to his fan base. Its funny how just because he have a wacky attitude and do TD dances, people get this negative image of him being anything like TO.
