Seriously. We would be unstoppable with their hitters.

Was just about to start this thread. This has been a frustrating series when it comes to hitting.

Unless all these guys are just crazy good that hitting coach is doing some serious work. Its sucks that our hitting coach is terrible.

What I do know is that we can't put bat on ball like they do.

Watching their hitters approach at the plate is so frustrating. Especially when we walk up to the plate and groundout to 2nd or pop up in the infield on the first pitch.

But we are LSU we only hire fricking volunteer coaches here. God CPM was so fricking stupid with Grewe and Javi as his choices to coach a top program. Its mind how we hired a such bad assistants.

I think it consist of 2 things. Lack of talented offensive players and the players we have now are in a tremendous slump at the wrong time.

And when we're still getting 4 hits a game what will be your next brilliant idea?

If fricking stony can get better hitters then lsu is seriously doing something wrong.

There is obviously a problem with the LSU program. The amount of talent we recruit is not living up to it's potential. Stony Brook is clearly an excellent team, but when you compare the players we have vs what they get coming out of high school this should not be happening. In fact, the last two years(2010&2011) shouldn't have happened.
