Can they scan your iPhone instead of printing tickets?

Has anyone ever tried to get into the baseball game by downloading the print at home baseball tickets to your iPhone and letting the ticket takers scan the screen on your phone instead of actually printing the tickets?

I forgot to print them before driving over and just saw that FedEx Office doesn't open until 10 am.

Thanks for any knowledge anyone may have.

I'd be surprised if that worked or was allowed, but that's just a wild guess.

I'll print them and bring them to The Box if you need me to do so. Reply and Give me a cell # to call you about 8:30 am

Doubt it....other than the question of them allowing it, I don't think those scanners can read an emissive screen rather than a reflective surface.

That probably won't work. However, you can go to will call and they will print them for you.

Thanks. I thought about will call, but wasn't sure if they would do it. I'll probably just do that.

The only reason I even thought about it is because I normally use my iPhone for airline boarding passes instead of paper tickets and it works well.

You can scan your phone at Texas Rangers games.

I have done this almost every time we go.

Not sure if it will work at the Box.
