It's absolutely pouring and there is no sign of it letting up. Combined with the rain earlier in the week and it'll take even longer to have that field dry up.

It'll never be ready in time.

What are we looking at here? 9 AM start tomorrow morning to finish the 1st game so we can start the 2nd game at 11?

So. Much. Baseball.

But I doubt it, I think this super regional will get pushed an extra day.

I wouldn't say that. Wednesday was bad though.

Considering the rain we've already had this week and I think the outfield very well may be a giant puddle no matter when it stops.

We'll be alright once this cell gets through and if the field can hold this much water after so much rain this week.

We may start at 8. We have a long way until they postpone it to tomorrow.

It's pouring down here in Houston. If the weather is heading East then they might have about a 30 minute to an hour window to play the remainder of the game.

Why don't you guys look at the radar before commenting. Looks like the rain will be winding down shortly. Unless more cells pop up we will finish tonight.

And that Houston comment made no sense.

So the rain cells are traveling from Houston to Baton Rouge at 250 miles per hour?

Could not have said it better....if you do not play sports or hunt, etc. you are not really good at looking at the weather.....
