I know its not alot of interest in the elite series here, and Im usually not one for watching someone fish but I think Im gonna ride over. Prob fish til mid morning and then burn some gas and see how some of the big boys are fishing the lake. I love fishing vertical in the summer and want to see what they do in the heat of the day to produce. Anyone else going?

I watch tournament fishing any time I can on tv. Get a lot of good ideas from them. A lot of bad ones too. Still havent hooked up on an Alabama rig

I really want to see how some of them fish around the river on main lake points, etc... Especially around mid lake where we stay.

My boy was iaconelli's Marshall yesterday and he said they fish the same spots the same way we all do. They just cover a shite ton of water. He said they're like robots on the trolling motor.

I wish I could, would really like to see how they catch the bass in deep water over there.
And then I'm leaving Monday to work in Texas until school starts back up in the fall so it's not like I'll get to do much summer fishin anyways

A meeting for pairings and riding with them. That is all I believe. Would have hated to do it for the classic the way some of them ran 2 hrs one way. Friend of mine did and he said they ran a little over 2 hrs, only had 45 mins to fish because of the fog delay, and ran back.

i wish i had the time to do this, especially to watch the way they fish offshore structure, deep water is my downfall
