A little job advice

So I'm looking to leave my current job at the bank. I have what appears to be 3 sure fire job offers I can choose from:
1) Casino here in BR- probably $30-40k/year (havent discussed $$ yet), great benefits or so I am told. Solid room for growth.
2) Assistant leasing manager with a local BR apartment complex. I'm guessing $24-30k a year with likely a generous room stipend. Probably pretty average benefits.
3) Multi-Service banker in Hammond. Probably 20-22k a year and would require a move to Hammond. Decent benefits. Steady room for growth, but I'm not crazy about the industry.
I'm 24, live in Baton Rouge, don't have a wife or kids, and am basically broke. The casino seems most appealing, but does anyone have any general (or specific) advice to share?

Lowest amount of money, industry you don't like and a relocation...doesn't seem like you're really even considering this.
Sounds like 1, 2 and 3 (in that order). 1 & 2 sound like they will be roughly the same pay (after the stipend) but you say working at the casino appeals to you.

The casino I worked for when I first got out of college (Sam's Town S'port) had pretty incredible benefits- something like $40-50/month for a $20 copay and 0 deductible. But depending on the job, plan on working half the major holidays and definitely New Year's Eve every year.
The casino business is very cut throat- I realized after 2 years that I did not want to be in an industry like that and I got out.

I graduated with a degree in political science, so I can't say that helps much in terms of qualifications...other than just having a degree.
I have work experience with residential life at the university I went to and now I have a fair amount of bank experience. I really have no idea what I want to do with my life at the moment, so thats something I'll definitely be pondering. I the mean time, however, my lease is up and I have to make some decisions for the short term at the moment.

If your degree didn't really get you anywhere, consider something with on the job training. Several people I know like the insurance business. My dad dropped out of law school and wound up in financial planning, though he did have to go through some extra training and certification.

What made you choose political science? I ask because I've been relatively successful with my poli sci degree. I started on campaigns gained experience, expanded my skill set and responsibility and accomplished things i'd only dreamt about when I started school.
Granted, I'm now looking to move away from campaigns and self employment, a poli sci degree isn't a financial death sentence.
Now if you have zero interest in working in politics, I'd suggest sticking out a few more years of being broke and going back to school. You're still young.

You need a master's to earn more. I would take the casino job and then investigate the local colleges for their MBA programs for adult students with full time jobs. It will take double the time to finish. Perhaps the casino pays for 2-4 classes per year?
Or, to stay in poly sci, go get on Romney's campaign in a toss-up state. You won't get noticed in a state (LA) he has locked up.

50% of new college grads can't get a job. He has 3 offers. Nice going for a political science major.
