Thinking of selling my gaming desktop

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz
CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
ASUS M4A87TD EVO AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
ATI Radeon 4850 (Has 1G dedicated, I know its a little out of date, but fwiw it runs everything I have beautifully. BF3 with maxed graphics 30ish fps)
1000 Watt PSU
1T 5400rpm Hard drive
Antec 900v2 Case
Trying to get atleast $550-600 and ill throw in my 24inch monitor, Razer Lachesis and Lycosa. Got a buddy offering $450 for just the tower. Gonn be hard letting my build go, but I need the cash. What do ya'll think I can get for it?

Cheap replacement for the one i broke installing it into a shitty case. I do have a 3T 7200rpm 3.5" HDD with the highest cache (dont remember the exact MB) that I was gonna throw in it... but Im keeping it until I can either sell it for what i bought it for or put it in a server box

There is no way your desktop weighs 50 lb. It MIGHT weigh half that, but I doubt it.
