Thanks to sources, I can now definitively confirm that there will be no loan spell for hot USMNT topic Terrence Boyd. Borussia Dortmund have decided they are amply stocked with strong prospects at that position. They are only accepting buy offers and he will definitely be leaving the Bundesliga champs this summer.

Today's cliffhanger? I'm told he could have a new employer by the weekend. Stay tuned...

I haven't heard any. I mentioned in the USMNT thread that Jerome Kisewetter moved from Hertha to a 4 yr contract with Stuttgart

From MLSSoccer.com, dated May 17:

The agent for Borussia Dortmund forward prospect Terrence Boyd is in transfer discussions with a small crowd of potential suitors from the top two tiers of German soccer.

The 21-year-old, who enters the final year of his contract in July, has yet to appear in a first team match for the Bundesliga champs, so the lure of regular action could see him out the BvB door this summer.

"I'm in negotiations right now with several clubs," Boyd’s agent Konstantin Liolios told MLSsoccer.com. "One option is in the second Bundesliga, but we are also in negotiations with clubs in the first league. We are to see what is best for Terrence."

The departure of Paraguay ace Lucas Barrios would seem to leave an opening for Boyd at Dortmund, but the champions have recently been linked to some other brand-name strikers.

Local buzz had 2.Bundesliga side Eintracht Braunschweig in advanced talks for US forward, but the club's technical director Marc Arnold told reporters that the capture was “very unlikely” on Tuesday afternoon.

Boyd dressed once for Borussia Dortmund this season, spending most of the campaign in the reserve side. With one Regionalliga West league game remaining, the Bremen native has hit 19 goals in 31 games for the reserves, a sum good for third in the league chart.
