Harvey is the best individual lawyer
Franklin and Bash > Harvey and Mike
However Rachel is the superior paralegal giving Pearson-Hardman the edge
Two great shows either way. But to answer my own question, I think Trevor ends up not saying anything. My guess is Harvey cuts him off before he can say anything.

How odd, I was just thinking about this show this morning, namely Rachel 
I need to watch Franklin and Bash, I've seen about 4 episodes in no order.
Looking forward to 2nd season of each.

Well the entire show would sort of be shot if they allowed Trevor to frick it all up after one season.

True. It's possible that they could make it work, but Trevor keeping quiet gives them so much more to work with in the long run.

Wrong. Maybe Mike, but not Harvey.
To answer the OP's question, I have 2 ideas. The first is that he tells her but she Harvey is able to talk her out of firing him. Not likely though a possibility. The second is that Harvey interrupts them or he chickens out and Mike still doesn't get caught.
