Pistol holster questions

I picked up a Beretta M9A1 a few weeks back and I've been kinda shopping around for holsters that will take it with a TLR-1 light. There's only a few brands that make holsters for it due to the acc. rail and I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on safariland holsters? They're pretty pricey but they seem to be good quality and really durable. It'll also fit into a Beretta Vertec holster, but I wanna avoid that route if possible since the barrel will poke out (4.7" Vertec vs 4.9" M9A1)

Safariland is nice, check out bladetech or any of the 900000000000000 kydex companies out there like Raven Concealment.

If the guy that makes these holster doesn't already make a holster for that gun and light, email him and he will:

Safariland makes quality holsters.
I assume you aren't planning to carry concealed, so the retention feature of the 92-M9A1 Safariland holters would probably be a good feature to have.
