Have gone to this place a few times since they opened. Was not bad alternative to the Subway and I refuse to go to the disgusting and overpriced Mr. Taco... Well, this past week, Couple of us from ITT walk over, and order the $6.47 Chicken sandwich combo. (comes with choice of sauce, fries and drink). He gets chili and cheese on his fries, I get cheese. his total comes to over $12, mine is around $10.45... didn't realize it til later. food isn't that great, and if he is now overcharging good customers, they will not be around long...

Hence the name...NocturnalTiger

My guess is that they upcharged when you requested cheese and chili on things, unless chili is considered one of those sauce options.

That strip mall has really become an overgrown ITT cafeteria.

I've been meaning to try the upscale bar that recently opened in there...It's right next to the sheriff substation.

Mr Taco is actually pretty decent IMO. Other than the fact that the owners are totally clueless and it would cost you about $25 to get enough to eat.

not a bad place. about 4-6 beers on tap and a full selection of alcohol and wines. The place has been really slow the couple of times we have been in and I think advertising would help a lot. Decent food options. Really nice inside and plenty of tables and bar space.

The upscale bar serves food? Cool, than that means they don't allow those nasty arse cigarette smokers to fire up inside.

What is the name of the bar? And has anyone been in that Who's Who on Airline and Bluebonnet? Kind of a strange location for a bar.

Not sure but I know Ronald Dupree had some kind of party or get together a decent while back.

I've been to that Mango's bar next door (not volleyball Mango's) and it was freaking terrible. BR/DS trash spectacle.

I stop in every so often just to get the 3 piece chicken strip for $3.75. I swear the guy gives you one and a half chicken breasts in those three strips. The cajun sauce is really good. Not a bad place IMO.

Am I missing something other than he got charged about $1.25 for chili?
