I'm wanting to try a lobster bisque recipe this evening, but don't want to go through the trouble of cooking the lobster meat myself. Is there anywhere in BR you can get pre-cooked lobster other than ordering off the menu in a restaurant?

Albertson's has been having an ongoing two for one cooked lobster sale.

I personally don't trust cooked lobsters because you really can't tell if they may be overcooked, or if the lobster had been dead before cooking.

I also wouldn't consider boiling water and dropping in a live lobster a hassle or "trouble".

Lobster bisque has as its base a stock made from the shell of the lobster. As that is the case, then why have someone else cook it for you?
