Good Restaurants in Seattle

Im goin to Seattle, WA next week and need some suggestions for good places to eat out. Has anyone here ever eaten any where extraordinary that I should try? I'll hang up and listen.

Salty's on Alkie (sp) beach, great food and the best view of the city's skyline.

Le Pichet Nice French cafe, good breakfast and coffee

If you are up for adventure and a drive Whidby island has a place that I dream about

the penn cove clams (speciality of the area) were unreal and went on to have a salmon stuffed with apple and sausage over gorgonzolio risoto
