That's the best time of the year to get on the sails. You lucky son of a bitch. If I ever get married, I'm going sport fishing for sure.

As did I. This was my view for the week. Our charter boat was parked out there somewhere.

Went to Los Suenos in Costa Rica 4 years a go, smoked the sails, it was a blast! Going to hopefully hit up the marlin this go around! Got a feeling this trip is going to make Costa Rica feel like a trip to Grand Isle!

How much does a trip like this cost?

I hooked into a couple sails off the coast of Puerta Vallarta a couple years back. We booked the trip on Tuesday and fished on Wednesday. Picked us up off the beach in front the resort.

Hooked a couple small tuna, landed 2 Sails.

Beautiful.

I'm honestly not sure, but probably around 6K. It was a trip won at a CCA auction.

Panama City or Cost Rica?

When I went in Costa Rica two years ago I believe it was right at $900 with tip thrown in.

We fished out of Quepos......one thing I have learned and I made sure not to do it in CR was that you should always do your own research and never book through a resort. I did that in St. Lucia and I thought I was on a pleasure cruise more than a fishing trip.

We did Costa rica for around $2400 for two days fishing and two days hanging out with a group of ten we rented out condos which came out to be around $30 a person per night and were bad arse, the boats were $1k per day and could fish up to 6 so cost per person was very reasonable. Flight is alot cheaper to Costa Rica as well $500-$600

Panama goign to run around $3000-3500k for similar trip of two days fishing and two days doing other things, but the fishing is supposed to be insane! looking forward to bringing some marlin to the boat!
