Favorites for next seasons Champions League

So rather than ask "how do you rate the best teams in Europe" I figured this would be a better way to do it.
We can't all agree on whose best but we can (maybe) agree on who will be considered favorites for the tournament that decides who the best team in Europe is. Movement over the summer makes this list subject to change but I want to get everyone's opinion bearing in mind the seasons these clubs have just had and their potential to improve next year. Make sense?
Rate who you think will be the favorites, no need to include odds or anything like that but I think it makes sense to do it in tiers.

Bayern Munich
Man U
Dortmund
Milan
Arsenal
Juve
Valencia
PSG
Chelsea/Spurs
Porto

I considered it but they will be given a low seed again next year like they were this year because of their low uefa coefficient. They could very well have a very tough group again or be without several of their star players. Also there's a chance Klopp could move on.

It really depends on the transfers that happen this summer.. this seems a little reactionary rather than predictive.
I can see a distinct possibility of Dortmund and Arsenal on even terms with your tier 2 next season.

Yeah if PSG keeps spending money I could see them getting out of the group stages depending on the draw.

Well obviously everything that happens this summer will change this.
Basically my idea was that now that most of the European leagues are finished or are winding up and the champions league spots are set (or atleast the top teams have officially qualified) this would be an interesting way of asking what are the best teams in Europe. Asking that question though is subjective, what makes a team "the best" and we'd have dandylion say it has to be a la liga team because of style and then others would say an epl team because of competition but then others would say "nobody watches serie a or bundesliga on here but me and bayern is the best".

IF (I heavily emphasize if) Arsenal gets rid of a few of the baggage players, get wilshere is healthy, keep RVP, and MAYBE sign some depth... I see them competing for the EPL title and of course potentially the CL.

I wonder how Barça will look without Pep. Bayern should be stronger next season. Shaqiri and Dante will both provide great depth. They may be interested in making another signing as well, maybe another striker since Jupp never gave Petersen any games. Also, Emre Can should be full time in the squad next season that will give Schweiny a chance to relax sometimes.

If Milan get Rossi and balotelli they will be solid.
City should make a nice run
Real is pushing for Ibra so they won't win the UCL if he's there.

I think its still too early for Malaga. I think Valencia is more likely to make a run in Europe next year. Of course if Malaga's super rich owners spend stupid money this summer anything is possible.

As much as I'm a United fan and know they'll do good things, if they don't make some changes and maybe stop deciding to go auto-pilot, they might as well give their spot to someone who actually wants to attack and win.

We'll see how the summer plays out but, right now, I'd say Juventus is solidly better than Milan. Their defense is truly exceptional and you would imagine they'll upgrade quality depth a bit and bring in another elite striker.
Milan's success may depend on whether the move from Fiorentina sparks Montolivo back into top form. He's an elite talent but really hasn't played that well this past year. Milan have a lot more work to do in the summer to catch Juve.

United got sloppy and lazy towards the end of the season, and until City kicked them in the arse, they looked dead, especially in the ridiculous draw to Everton and the loss to Wigan.
Even more heartbreaking is going to their year in the Champions League this season... Basel? What a sad, sad year for me. I'm really just down. It will heal.
