You have to track the perspective on this shot as well as position and rotation. The footage is so small it is hard to see the picture, but it is on the last section of door. I made another one that you can see a little better.

Can I make a suggestion? I tried this and gave up after the second frame. How about cutting the pic in two so it'll cover both sections of the door. You know, superimpose the left side of the pic on the left section of the door, and the other side of the pic on the right section on the door. That way both sides could border each other on the hinge.

The poor quality of the footage really puts the tracker at a disadvantage. I just did a quick one and got decent results I guess.

I'm always amazed at how people put their lives into the hands of total strangers so often by hanging around a street like its no big deal. Especially today with so much texting and TD reading going on behind the wheel.
