Here are a few off the top of my head in no particular order:

Devin Hester-Miami
Ted Ginn, Jr.-Ohio State
Tim Dwight-Iowa
Raghib Ismail-Notre Dame
Derek Abney-Kentucky
Reggie Bush-USC
Allen Rossum-Notre Dame
Javier Arenas-Alabama
Wes Welker-Texas Tech

How dare you forget Desmond Howard.

My uncle who has watched college football every Saturday for 40+ years says that Rocket Ismail is bar none the greatest college player ever. So I'll go with him.

He was pretty good in college at it but i'll wait to see what he does in the nfl to see if he's one of the best..


And i think the point of this thread was to get some ideas from yall on the best returners, not list every last one in my OP

if we'd actually used him to return kicks or punts before his jr. yr, he may have gone down as the best ever. amazing that he didn't return anything those first 2 yrs.
